Mike, Senior Vice-President of ESO, has been a licensed insurance professional since 1970. He is a former firefighter and assistant fire inspector with the Momence Fire Protection District. He also served on the Kankakee County Arson Task Force. |

Dave, Vice-President of ESO, joined our agency in March 2005 as a producer to sell and service Emergency Organizations. He is a licensed insurance professional and a fourth generation volunteer firefighter. He has served the Momence Fire Protection District since 1995 and was promoted to Lieutenant in 2007. He has also served as treasurer, vice president and president of the Momence Firemen's Association. |

Tom joined our staff in January of 2009 as a producer to sell and service Emergency Service Organizations. He is a licensed insurance professional and joined the Catlin Fire Protection District in 1975 as a cadet. He was appointed Chief in January of 1989. Tom is an OSFM Fire Officer III in Illinois and a state certified first responder. He holds a bachelors degree in Fire Administration from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale . |

 Steve Lambert |
Steve has been a licensed insurance professional since 2001 and joined our agency in 2005. He is an Illinois Certified Firefighter II, Fire Apparatus Engineer and EMT-I. Steve is a former member of the Momence Fire Protection District where he served for 20 years as a firefighter/engineer. He was also a member of the Momence Firemen's Association where he has served as President and Vice-President of the association. |
Karah joined our agency force in November of 2006 as a Customer Service Representative. Karah is licensed in all lines of insurance and is responsible for handling claims, policy changes and other service requests for our insureds. |

Leo joined our staff in 2009 as a Regional Representative for Wisconsin. He is a licensed insurance professional in both Illinois and Wisconsin and has 34 yrs of fire/emergency medical service experience serving in all facets of emergency services ranging from volunteer, private sector, municipal, state, federal and military departments. Leo is a retired U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant/ Deputy Fire Chief serving 20 yrs. He’s held positions in his career from fire fighter to Fire Chief/Public Safety Manager. |

Erin Duitsman has been with ESO since the business started in 1999. Erin is a licensed property and casualty agent and holds her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation. Erin is responsible for the accounting and human resources for the agency. |
